The Coffee Group USA Crew
Coffee Group USA was founded and organized as a partnership between various professionals, coming from numerous backgrounds, to bring the best of every industry to the finest coffee products. Our partners encompass a high level of Quality Assurance (QA), to insure only the highest level of quality is delivered to our customers, the food safety and manufacturing industries, who provide oversight of the facility food safety and good manufacturing practices programs, and the technology industry, to provide an easy, streamline and automated method of placing your orders.
The Coffee Group USA Facility
Our roasting facility is a hands on operation. Your orders are never processed through unattended machinery without oversight. Each batch of coffee beans is monitored from beginning to end. Each lot of coffee beans that comes in will be unique. With that in mind, each lot is tested to find the exact roasting times for the product being produced. As the product moves through our facility, additional tests are performed at critical control points, established in our internally administrated Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) program. This insures your product will never be exposed to any impurities or contaminants.
Our roasting facility food safety program has been inspected and certified by AIB (American Institute of Baking).
